This August, Kitty Hawk Kites is hosting the 17th Annual Outer Banks Watermelon Festival at Nag's Head - Kitty Hawk Kites / Jockey's Ridge Crossing. The family-friendly festival is free to attend, but tickets must be purchased if you want to compete in the exciting games or eat the yummy food.
