Now that the weather is starting to warm up, you can experience the magic of butterflies up close and personal in the Outer Banks! This spring and summer, attend a butterfly release at the Elizabethan Gardens!

Every Tuesday at 1:00 PM and Thursdays at 10:00 AM and 1:00 PM, you'll have the incredible opportunity to watch butterflies take flight at the Elizabethan Gardens! You'll be amazed as you watch these beautiful creatures emerge, flutter their wings for the first time, and take to the skies.
Space is limited to ensure an intimate and enriching experience for all guests. Each session can accommodate a maximum of 40 participants. There is a participation fee of $25.00 per person. The fee includes admission to the facility, the program itself, and a butterfly to release! All guests will receive a keepsake Butterfly Keeper certificate.

Tickets may be purchased online until the Sunday before the release. There may be a limited number of tickets available for same-day purchases.
