Every year, music lovers from around the globe come to the Outer Banks to enjoy great music in a gorgeous venue. Between October 21 and 23, 2021, Roanoke Island will become "Bluegrass Island." Bands will take the stage at Roanoke Island Festival Park, which overlooks a spectacular stretch of water, and delight attendees with amazing performances.
