The Outer Banks Rum Festival is open to anyone who is 21 or older. Whether you're a rum aficionado or completely new to the spirit, you'll enjoy this event! Keep an open mind and you'll likely find at least one rum at the festival that you like. There will be a selection of rums available, many of which are only available for special order. Guests can taste, purchase, and learn about rum.

There are four ticket levels. The Spirits Industry Session ($45) will allow individuals who work in the trade (restaurant owners, bar managers, retailers of beer/spirits, etc) to attend the event for 1.5 hours. This is exclusively for industry insiders, so credentials will be required and affiliation must be declared in the company field of the ticket registration form. The VIP Tasting Session ($100) will allow you to attend for 4.5 hours, including ample time for conversations with distillers and brand ambassadors. You'll also get access to the VIP lounge and get special goodies, such a taking glass, two drink tickets, and seminar access. The General Admission Tasting Session ($85) allows you to attend the event for 3 hours. This access level comes with a tasting glass and seminar access. Designated Drivers who will not be drinking can attend for free.

This event, which benefits Beach Food Pantry, will take place at The Pavilion at Pirate's Cove Marina on June 11, 2022.
