The inaugural Shuck Hatteras Oyster Fest will be a "SHELLABRATION" of community, music, and more. The festival will take place the weekend of December 16-17, 2022. The festival will kick off on Friday, December 16th at 5pm. There will be festivities on the pool deck, including live music by The Yacht Dogs, a popular local band, and food by Cousin's Oysters, the Outer Banks "Best of the Beach" winner. It is going to be an incredible night full of delicious food, fun music, and amazing company.
On Saturday, December 17th, there will be a full day of festivities. At 1pm, you can attend the Merry Muse Market, where you can browse local art vendors. From 1:30-3:30pm, there will be an Oyster Cook-Off Challenge, followed by an all-you-can-eat Oyster Roast at 4pm. There will also be a 50/50 raffle, horseshoe tournament, and kids games. Live music will fill the air all day, with Dr. Bacon, After School Surf Club, Howell & Caswell, The Carolina Sweaters, Anchor Blazer, Hot Sauce, Cryp-Terror, and more scheduled to perform. Dinner will be served by Chicamacomico Lifesaving Station BBQ.
