I love classic films. If you're like me, then you'll be thrilled to hear that the Bryan Cultural Series is bringing three classic films back to the big screen in Kill Devil Hills!
The Don & Catharine Bryan Cultural Series is an incredible initiative that supports arts and culture in the Outer Banks. This season, they've selected three fantastic films representing three different genres to present to Outer Banks visitors and residents. All films will play at the RC Kill Devil Hills Movies 10 (1803 N Croatan Hwy). Tickets are only $10!
The series will present A Philadelphia Story (1940), The Red Shoes (1948), and The Magnificent Seven (1960). The schedule is as follows:
The Philadelphia Story features Katherine Hepburn, Cary Grant, and James Stewart in one of the greatest romantic comedies of all time. The Red Shoes, a dance drama, was voted the 9th greatest British film of all time by the British Film Institute. The Magnificent Seven is a beloved Western "with lots of bite and tang and old-fashioned abandon." As you can see, this is an iconic slate of films!
